7 Months

Hello all! Because of the move, we didn't have internet for the past month so be prepared for an overload of pictures and videos!

We found a onsie that says "Love My Pop"!

Trying grits for the first time- she loved them!

Dressed up for her daddy's birthday party- Napoleon Dynamite themed! (The onesie says "Pedro offers you his protection")

Just looking cute!

A Sunday dress from her great-grandma.

Hammin' it up!

This is how she normally sits in her stroller. When we were feeding her purees, we would give her the spoon afterwards for her to suck/bite on. So, this is one day at the park she's just chillin' in her stroller, sucking on her spoon.

Then she looked over and caught my with the camera. As soon as she sees my phone, she smiles!

A girl and her pup at the park.

We found this little bike trailer at a yard sale for $15! She's going on a ride with a friend her grandma (glam- ma**) got for her.

Back at PJ's birthday! The day of his birthday he had to work so we had lunch with him. We had  chick-fil-a for lunch and I made orange cupcakes with a dark chocolate frosting.

Wendy did not eat the cake :)

The next segment of pictures are of Wendy eating various things. We started feeding her purees when she was about 5 months and slowly she started showing interest in real food. The night we bought our house we decided to celebrate by going to Texas Road House. While there, Wendy wanted what we were eating so she had roles, broccoli, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Then we decided to experiment at home with:

Spaghetti!

I stripped her down because I knew it was going to be messy.

She was all about it.

Didn't even seem to notice we were there.

Until we called her name and she looked at us like "what?"

The next day she had leftovers and Baxter learned where the best seat in the house was.

She just sits there and giggles when he tries to get food from her.

We had to start banishing him from the kitchen during dinner because she starts to just pick up food and feed him. Food is to expensive too feed to the dog my dear!

Next up: crackers, peas, and sweet potato fries. She LOVES sweet potato fries.

Then I made stir fry. She loved sticking the rice in her hair.

New styling gel I guess...

Trying a quesadilla...

A close up of the chicken she devoured- made in the crockpot.

As you can see, plate completely clean!
And finally, what I like to call the raspberry massacre. Thankfully it really did all come out in the wash.

Jammies thanks to Wendy's great-grandma.

Outfit thanks to Wendy's grandma.

This was right before her afternoon nap and she was just being silly (and looking crazy).

Another outfit thanks to Wendy's grandma.

This girl loves to swing! Almost every evening we all take a walk to the park in the neighborhood and Wendy swings for a little while. We have a lot of pictures of her swinging....

Wendy and I were taken out by a friend for my birthday!
We finally got Wendy a helmet for when we ride bikes and put her in her bike trailer.

Wendy's party dress her great-grandma bought for her.

Love spending my birthday with her!

And finally, we got Wendy a new toy she absolutely loves. It's a hand puppet (lion)- sorry it's a little blurry here. We have tons of videos too but they will have to wait. Only one more month until we see ya'll in person!
