W&L September 2018

Our mall opened up a new indoor play place we had fun checking out to start off September!

Then back to a park!

Trying to capture Wendy's new Sunday dress.

Nanna came to visit and played with the girls at the park!

I was running sprints. Gotta find time to get the exercises in!

Wendy started begging to have Lilly sleep in her room so we put Lilly's crib mattress in Wendy's room to give it a try. Here's Lilly passed out from reading her magazine!

Back at the mall indoor park.

Nanna helping Wendy play Tic Tac Toe

We also got to visit PJ while Nanna was in town.

Nanna gifted the girls some new Princess dresses.

And unicorn blankets!

Official first day of school and Wendy needed a filling breakfast. She was so nervous, she barely ate anything though.

Cheese!

Then she surprised me with a kiss on the cheek!

Loving her back pack!

Making her way to the classroom.

Waiting patiently to be let in.

Finding her cubby.

Washing her hands.

One last picture before I leave her with her teachers!

And back home to climb her tree.

Costume time and dance party!

Since Lilly was in Wendy's room, she found Wendy's high heels, put them on, and fell asleep. Divas sleep with their heels on!

Daddy taking a break with Lilly.

We have begun the long process of potty training Lilly! She does OK. We still have her in pull ups though.

The room sharing was going well so we decided to make it official...

Brushing teeth before we go to the....

Dentist!

Lilly came over to hold Wendy's hand while Wendy was getting her teeth inspected.

Then it was Lilly's turn!

No cavities for either girl!

Tickle fights with Daddy when he gets home.

I had a hair appointment so PJ occupied the girls by making a death trap. Also known as an indoor playgournd.

When Lilly gets up from her nap, she's not always very lively.

Cheesing it up in the car!

The Dentist's office put this picture on their website!

Another mall trip and Wendy found this dinosaur mask hilarious.

Lilly's Sunday dress!

All the kids in the nursery. We had to leave early. It was getting so chaotic!

On one of our errand days, we found Costco had put up Christmas trees! Lilly was thrilled (as was I)!

And the finished product of the girls' new room!

Getting ready for school one morning.

I put on a talent show at our church so I was Producer, Director, Lights and Sound Manager! I had a lot of help and it was a lot of fun!

When Wendy doesn't have preschool, she begs to do crafts all day. I am not a craft person but I found these easy ones on Pinterest.

Using Pop's coffee filters to make ghost pops.

Candy corn mosaic.

Then we went to the park and Wendy rode her tricycle all the way there! It's about time to get her a bike I think.

Playing grocery store.

Wendy was trying to knock off a spider so she could hang on the bar.

Construction site!

Wendy reading to Lilly before bed one night.

Before preschool, Wendy wanted "Rapunzel hair". So we put about 10 hair bows in her braid.

Once we took her hair out, it was all beachy! It was so lovely!

Another post nap Lilly moment.

But she perked up for mommy bath time!

Wendy got her goggles so the soap wouldn't get in her eyes.

Lilly was so excited she finally had a chance to wear the Ariel costume.

But all was right with the world when Wendy got her Ariel costume back.

Then Lilly got to have fun with the Rapunzel hair.

And then some kind of mix happened where Rapunzel-Ariel was riding Unicorn-Rapunzel.

Night of the talent show! This was the only picture we got but both PJ and I performed along with about 20 other acts. It was a blast!

Lilly got into my lipstick. It's hard to be mad sometimes.

Getting ready for church!

Wendy and I were trying to match so I copied her pose.

The pastor and his wife stopped by to give me these flowers and card to tell me thank you for such a fun talent show. It was such a surprise!

My first attempt at cinnamon rolls. They weren't bad!

Playdate with a friend.

Wendy's awesome dance moves.

Being a rock angel.

Cruising in the car.

Practicing for Picture Day.

Lilly cheesing it up!

PJ has been taking Wendy and Lilly's creations to work and hanging them up in his cube. I think it's looking pretty good in there!

Over at a friend's house and Wendy decided to take a go on their zip line.

Wendy and Lilly making a nest for the birds at Torchy's.

Birthday dinner at Torchy's!

I also hosted book club that night so decided to have Torchy's cater so I didn't have to cook on my birthday.

When we got home from Torchy's, the girls surprised me with my birthday present!

A beautiful new wallet! I have been wanting one of these for a very long time.

Lilly dressed up and ready to go see Daddy for a birthday lunch.

When she saw PJ, she took off running "Daddy!!"

Then I couldn't wait any longer to put up our Halloween decorations.

PJ working frantically to finish his Master's Thesis.

Restaurant time.

And a birthday date for us. The first time we have been on a date (or alone without the kids) since the cruise at the beginning of August!

All my birthday love through cards and flowers. Turning 30 was a blast!

Oh Wendy. This is the smile she gave for the picture her teacher's took to mark her cubby!

Coloring with friends!

Playing on the playground.

She said she was putting her toy to bed.

Lunch time!

And chalk fun.

A new day playing with playdough.

She loves painting!

The first show and tell, Wendy brought a picture of her family to school and told everybody who was in the picture.

"Ta Da!"

Story time.

The second week of school, a friend had a birthday! Wendy cannot WAIT until her birthday.

Being a police man.

Second show and tell, Wendy was to decorate the first letter of her name with all the things she likes. There were bubbles, rainbows, cupcakes, and pink!

They have music time and chapel time on different days at preschool.

They learned about Goldilocks and the Three Bears so here, she was playing with little miniature bears.

And then big bears she said reminded her of gummi bears.

Riding on some kind of bike at the playground.

On the last Friday of the month, the kids got to have a water day where they got to play in the water on the playground!

Then it was show and tell time where the theme was to bring something that was your favorite color. So Wendy brought her helmet which is PINK!

And then to make it the best day ever, they had a pizza party for lunch where they got to watch some of Curious George!

Best day ever!
