There is a house in our neighborhood which had these skeletons up at Halloween and then have decorated them for every holiday ever since. The girls love stopping to look at them. Right now they're decorated for Spring: umbrella, rain boots, and rain hat. Cute!

I have been grilling a lot more recently so as to not heat up the house. Here we have some shrimp for shrimp tacos!

Swimming days are among us!

Ever since Easter, Wendy has loved Easter Egg hunts. Pop introduced the game of "trick or treat" where he hides their toys, and they find them. We have played so many rounds of trick or treat!

I did my best to braid her hair and put her flower hair bows in them.

Wendy wasn't sure what to expect so she kept her nerves at bay with pop corn. 

We finally kind of got a smile out of her. 

Lilly was mesmerized. 

But not happy when the boat broke (there was scene with Ariel when Erick's ship wrecked. Lilly kept saying "oh no! Boat broken!")

It did get cold in there so I'm glad we brought blankets and coats. 

Lilly got wiggly around intermission so Pop got a snow cone for her. It kept her occupied!

We had a torrential storm pass through. So much rain fell so quickly, our gutters couldn't keep up! There was a mini pond in the back yard and winds got up to 60 mph!

Another day, another workout. It was too hot to do sprints outside so I decided to do stair sprints.
